Healing is a lifelong process. It can feel like it starts, stops, speeds up, and slows down at various times in our lives. However, we are always being invited to heal by the world around and within us. 

Healing is a birthright. Wholeness. As a matter of fact, healing means (literally) ‘wholeness’. 

Healing is messy, complicated, joyous, and uncomfortable.

Healing is the ongoing acknowledgment and processing of hurt and pain.

Healing is developing a different relationship to a wound that will not hinder or harm you or others in the present moment. 

Healing is unique for everyone. Your healing is your own. Your path to healing is your own.
